Reservation Policy

  • Bookings can be made through our official website, phone, or verified travel partners.
  • A confirmed reservation requires a minimum advance payment (as specified during booking).
  • Confirmation email or receipt must be presented at check-in.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 1:00 PM onwards
  • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours prior to check-in: Full refund of the booking amount.
  • Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
  • In case of special packages or peak season bookings, different cancellation terms may apply.
